Return & Refund Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, personalized/custom goods, and perishable products.
Return Process:
Email us at info@jackalopeanglers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on where to send your package.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees from the original order are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
